Welcome to my favorite little street in the Rossmoyne neighborhood. In just a couple of short blocks you can see great examples of Glendale’s rich pre-WWII residential architectural heritage with examples of Craftsman, Italianate, Spanish, Georgian, and even a Greek. This one is a great example of a one story “Gregg-built” traditional from 1941.
The entry opens to a large formal living room with original wood floors, multi-pane windows, and a beautiful fireplace hearth. The dining room is formal as well with the same wood floors, moldings, and trim. The bright kitchen has been tastefully remodeled with granite counters, tile back splash, new cabinetry, and stainless appliances.
All three bedrooms and two baths are off the central hall. The master suite enjoys hardwood flooring, a large closet, and its own updated master bath. The rear grounds are a wonderful surprise with a grand covered area for outdoor entertaining, grass yard, and mature landscaping. Just a few additional features include central air and heating, an updated electrical panel, updated plumbing, and a detached two car garage.
