Behind the privacy wall and through the front courtyard your are welcomed in the grand formal living room with its high ceiling, oversized windows, hardwood floors, and the massive original fireplace. The dining room is large and formal as well. The bright kitchen has been updated in character including a cobalt blue O’Keefe and Merritt stove. The central hall leads to the master and second bedroom while the third bedroom is up a half flight of stairs.

The top floor deck is one of the surprises with a wonderful view of Montecito Park and beyond. The center courtyard is another gift providing a private place to entertain outside and enjoy this beautiful setting. There is yet another level that is used as a home office area and additional storage.
