I am not sure as to why, but whenever I enter Chevy Oaks Estates, Debussy’s Clair de Lune comes to mind. It’s a secluded neighborhood within Chevy Chase Canyon in which the design goal must have been to maximize green space and privacy for that is what one experiences here. This is a well conceived and cared for small community, within our community.
As with all developments, there is good, better, and best. 21 Maygreen is the very best of this wonderful neighborhood: an end unit with lovely views that has been tastefully upgraded. The Owner has loved living here for over 28 years. She has particularly enjoyed her private side garden and the tranquil views. She only hopes that a very fortunate Buyer enjoys it as much as she has.
The covered front patio opens to a formal entry. The third bedroom can be converted to a den by lifting the Murphy bed.
