Working at Craig Estates & Fine Properties allows me to share my consultative approach, artistic sensibility and creative marketing skills with my Sellers to help you get the maximum value for your property in the minimum period of time. Both my colleagues in the industry and guests of my Open Houses frequently comment that I “get the nicest listings.” Believe me, they do not all start out that way! I have a team of vendors that I work with to help you get every room and outdoor space show ready. It is not unusual to spend 2 months of prep work to make your home look like the best new listing of the weekend. As a result, my properties commonly sell with multiple offers, for well over the strategically chosen list price, in the first weekend.
For my Buyers, I really listen to what you are looking for, preview every property before I show it to you, and share with you my extensive knowledge of real estate, school systems and distinguishing neighborhood features. Once we find that perfect property, I work with you to put forth an offer and subsequent counter offers that have a great chance of getting accepted. I have worked hard to develop good relationships and friendships with my fellow agents in the area which also increases the chance of my Buyers’ offers being chosen.
